Burrata And Chards Ravioli With Walnut Pesto

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Burrata And Chards Ravioli
  • 70 g walnuts
  • 20 g Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Toast the walnuts then blend with olive oil in a mixer. 

Cook the ravioli, following the instructions on the packet.

Serve the ravioli with the walnut pesto and dust with grated Parmesan.
