Burrata And Chards Ravioli In A Mushroom & Burrata Sauce

Burrata And Chards Ravioli In A Mushroom & Burrata Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Burrata And Chards Ravioli
  • 100 g white button mushrooms
  • 125 g burrata cheese
  • 40 g golden onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marjoram to taste
  • Extra-virgin olive oil to taste

DIRECTIONS

To make the mushroom sauce, drizzle some olive oil into a pan, brown a garlic clove, thyme, chopped onion and chopped button mushrooms. 

Cook over a low heat for 5 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. 

Cook the ravioli, following the instructions on the packet. 

Serve the ravioli with the mushroom and the burrata cheese on top.
