Burrata And Chards Ravioli In Cheese & Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Burrata And Chards Ravioli
  • 40 g Pecorino cheese
  • 60 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 20 g butter
  • Coarsely-grated pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Melt some butter in a pan, add the pecorino and Parmesan cheeses.  Pour in some of the cooking water from the pasta, mix to a cream.  

Cook the ravioli in a pot, following the instructions on the packet. 

Serve the ravioli with the cheese sauce, dust with coarsely-ground pepper.
