Ricotta And Spinach Tortellini In Bolognese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Ricotta And Spinach Tortellini
  • 150 g Bolognese sauce
  • Parmigiano Reggiano to taste
  • Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Heat some olive oil in a pan, pour in the bolognese sauce and warm through. 

Cook the Ricotta And Spinach Tortellini in a separate pot, following the instructions on the packet. 

Serve the tortellini in the bolognese sauce and sprinkle over grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
